A beginning-to-end experience, our Full Service Interior Design offers clients a custom design plan, guidance in their renovations and peace of mind that their vision will come to life. When it comes to Full Service, we provide everything from mood boards to floor plans, site visits, assistance in selections, ordering and tracking - we are here to serve you. This service is ideal for the client who is looking for an expert to come alongside them to see the design and renovation process through.

DISCOVERY CALL — Before we schedule a Consultation, we like to have a 5-15 minute “discovery call” with our clients to learn a little bit more about them and their project.  Following our call, we will go ahead and email you our client questionnaire.

CONSULTATION – We begin every Full Service Interior Design project with a 1.5 hour consultation, during which time we walk through your home (or commercial space) while discussing your dreams and goals, as well as details about how you live in and use the space. We take some time to review the client questionnaire and inspiration images that you have, to get a better understanding of your style and taste.

VISION MEETING – At this point in the process we now have everything we need to get started! After coming up with some preliminary mood boards, floor plans, and elevations we will schedule a vision meeting, where we will present the aforementioned to you, to ensure that we are on the right track.

DESIGN MEETING – Once we have approval on the visual direction, we will return to the office where we will continue to flesh out the overall design of your space. This process includes sourcing: furniture, lighting, rugs, hard surfaces, and goods for the space. We also provide to-scale floor plans and elevations; along with a detailed order list. This will all be presented to you in our design meeting.

We will continue making any necessary revisions before moving to the ordering and procurement phase.

PURCHASING PRODUCT – Once the design plans have been approved, we will move forward with the purchasing of product for the space.

INSTALLATION – Once renovations are complete and all product has arrived, we will schedule an installation day (or days in some cases!).  This is where the magic happens and your design really comes to life!  Our team along with our trusted movers and contractors will deliver everything to your home (or commercial space) and help to set it all up for the big reveal!  For safety reasons we do require that only our team is on site during installation.

How long does the process take?

The length of the project largely depends on the scale as well as our client’s needs.  We have been known to complete projects in four months however there are others that have required more time.

Do you supply the contractor?

While we might offer suggestions we typically ask that our clients supply their own contractor.

How early should I bring on an interior designer when embarking on a renovation?

From the very beginning.  We find that the reason most clients seek out the help of an interior designer is to bring their vision to life.  We come alongside our clients to help untangle all of the ideas and goals for their space into a cohesive design.

Who purchases the product?

Once we have come up with a design plan and order list approved by the client we will collect a retainer to then and go purchase product.

How does Installation Day work?

Installation Day is one of the most exciting days of the design process because its really when your vision comes to life! We will arrive on site to ensure the placement of your larger pieces (i.e. area rugs, furniture, etc.), place decor, hang wall art. etc. This is where the magic happens! For safety reasons, we ask that our clients are not on-site during installation.
