Cedar Counseling & Wellness Office Reveal | Office 03

When it comes to any space that we design, we want people to walk in and immediately feel safe and at peace. This is especially true for the counselors offices that we regularly work on but even more so for Cedar Counseling & Wellness. A 3,000 sq. ft. counselors office based in Annapolis, MD this expansive space boasts two waiting areas and seven counselors offices. With such a large space, it could easily feel overwhelming for clients walking through doors, but with our strategic and thoughtful design, we were able to make it into a calming retreat. Today, we are walking you through the design of office 03!

Similar to office 02, the design of office 03 was largely influenced by the piece of art above the sofa, selected by our client Carrie. A beautiful movement of blues and greens, this color scheme continues throughout the rest of the room, as seen in the decor.

One of the things love about office 02 is the richness of the hues, particularly: the charcoal sofa paired with these chestnut floor lamps; next to the jewel-tone pillows. All of these elements combined create a really beautiful and interesting space for clients.

For the counselor’s workspace, we selected a beautiful light wood, desk with brass legs. Above it, we placed a moody piece of art, similar in tone to the one above the sofa.
