Wellness Wednesdays: The Importance of Rest

At Making Room for Peace, we have always believed in taking a holistic approach to things. We feel strongly in the connection between mind, body and spirit (and interior space) and how these things work together. Since starting our business back in 2018, we have dedicated blog and social media posts to topics such as interior design, decluttering, sustainability and wellness. We are passionate about these things.

In an effort to further these passions and better connect with our community, we are starting a series called Wellness Wednesdays. Every other Wednesday we will have a discussion with a professional in the wellness field on Making Room for Peace’s Instagram Live. We will be speaking with counselors, dieticians, yoga instructors, and more. We hope that you will join us and come away feeling connected and inspired.
